Pho Huong Viet & Juicy King Crab House is absolutely a hidden gem in Nottingham! Their Pho Special Beef Combination is incredible - the broth is rich and flavorful, and the variety of beef cuts makes every spoonful different. The fresh spring rolls are perfectly wrapped with crisp vegetables and served with delicious peanut sauce. Plus, their king crab legs are absolutely amazing - so fresh and perfectly seasoned! Love the authentic ramen here! I tried their Tonkotsu ramen and it was phenomenal - the broth was creamy and rich, just like what I had in Japan. The grilled lemongrass pork is also a must-try, perfectly seasoned and tender. But what really sets this place apart is their seafood selection - the Cajun-style crab boil is incredible! The vermicelli noodle salad is fresh and light, great for lunch. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, perfect for dining with friends. This is now my go-to spot for both Asian noodles and fresh seafood in Maryland!

Our family has been coming to Pho Huong Viet & Juicy King Crab House for over a year now! The kids love the Pho Ga (chicken pho) - it's light and nutritious, while we adults enjoy the Pho Tai and the delicious fried rice dishes.
